Plascon brings the future of paint and coating removers to South African consumers with the launch of their new line of environmentally aware products called RemovALL.

The full range of Plascon RemovALL products will be on shelf locally in July 2009. The products are innovatively designed to prepare any surface for coating applications; including wood, concrete, masonry and metals. All of the products in the RemovALL range are water-based and non-toxic without compromising on quality and efficacy. The RemovALL range consists of wood restoration products, surface cleaners and preparation products and a wide range of coating removers for DIY, Industrial, Professional and Aviation applications.

Plascon RemovALL is the result of many years of product development and ingenuity. The products effectively replace traditional chemical removers that are not only harmful to the environment, but also harmful to users. RemovALL uses a patented SARA (selective adhesion release agent) technology that works behind the scenes, opening the pores of coated surfaces allowing penetration direct to the substrate – crucial to the proper removal of the coating. RemovALL then destabilises the bond between the coating and the substrate creating an oxygen gas pressure that breaks the bond completely and releases the coating from the surface area.

The science in RemovALL has another major benefit to users. The bond breaking system in the product means that there is no need for huge amounts of elbow grease. RemovALL simplifies coating removal as users simply apply the product, leave it to do its work, and then remove the unwanted covering with minimal effort. RemovALL is a unique, green and easy removal solution.
