Atmosphere has been in party mode this week after picking up three Loeries at last weekend’s awards. Despite being a PR agency in a sea of Ad agencies we took home a Bronze for kulula’s world cup print ads (not PR i know but we helped conceive some of them specifically to get media coverage), a Bronze for ghd revelations (personally im really proud of this one as it was creatively led by Atmosphere) and a gold for mixed media again for kulula’s world cup campaign shard with King James.

Each of the awards shows off not that only we can implement publicity for campaigns excellently but that we get our creative hands dirty and  create truly integrated campaigns. What was interesting to see at the awards was the increased use of media coverage to show the value of a campaign. It does seem like South Africa is starting to catch-up in valuing and producing great creative PR work (want further proof check out the PR Lions at Cannes which in my biased opinion produced the most innovative work this year).

Well done also to our ad agency buddies King James for their Grand Prix and numerous other awards!
